1. Image Data
All photo processing in PixPass is performed entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your photos never leave your device — they are not uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any server. We have no access to any images you process.
2. Information We Collect
When you make a payment, Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction. If you contact us by email, we retain your email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not collect any other personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
PixPass uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
- Cloudflare — DNS and network security
These services may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request metadata) as part of normal operations.
4. Data Retention
We do not store your photos or personal data beyond what is strictly necessary. Payment records are retained by Stripe per their policies. Any email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you.
