By accessing or using PixPass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PixPass is a browser-based photo resizing and formatting tool designed to help users prepare passport and ID photos according to various official specifications. All image processing is performed locally in your browser.
3. Image Processing & Privacy
All photo processing occurs entirely within your browser. Your images are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers. We have no access to any photos you process using this Service.
4. No Official Affiliation
PixPass is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, embassy, consulate, or official body. Preset specifications are provided for informational purposes only. The final decision on whether a photo meets official requirements rests solely with the relevant issuing authority.
5. Paid Services
Certain features of PixPass are available for a one-time fee of $2.99. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure attributable to the Service. To request a refund, contact us at pixpass.app@proton.me within 14 days of purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent documents to any authority, to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that photos processed using PixPass will be accepted by any official authority, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixPass and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to rejected applications or document submissions.
